Personal accounts of employees are kept in the framework of salary projects. Payments can be made to any employee both through the bank and through the cashier. When filling out information to the bank on a salary project, employees are selected only within the framework of this project.
During the calculations, the presence at the enterprise is taken into account:
Simplified personnel records
The option of simplified personnel accounting provides for the entry of information (place of work of an employee, planned salary, etc.) directly into the employee's card. You don't have to create HR documents. But in the case of simplified accounting, the storage of the history of introduced changes is not supported. If necessary, during work, you can go from simplified to full personnel accounting.
Simplified accounting of accruals
Simplified accounting of accruals is possible only if the option of maintaining simplified personnel records is selected. In this case, information about the employee's accrual is displayed in the document in one line (without the need to specify additional details). The limitation of the regime is to use only daily salary, indexation, accruals with a fixed amount and the absence of transitional accruals. The transition to full accounting is possible at any time without the need for data conversion.
More powerful capabilities of payroll and personnel accounting are implemented in the solution "BAS Accounting CORP"
Support for various taxation schemes
BAS Accounting supports the following taxation schemes:
VAT accounting
"BAS Accounting" allows you to generate and register all the necessary tax documents: tax invoices, annexes to them.
The configuration implements two methods of calculating the tax base ("first event") with VAT: operational calculation when documents are posted and deferred determination of tax liabilities / credit at the end of the period.
To control the correctness of the tax credit shown upon receipt, stocks are recorded in the context of the tax purposes of their acquisition.
Income tax accounting
Tax accounting is maintained in accordance with Section 3 of the Tax Code.
Along with the accounting of income and expenses, differences are recorded and the financial result is adjusted. In order to calculate the differences associated with the amortization of non-current assets (Art. 138 of the TCU), parallel accounting of fixed assets and intangible assets is kept for the purposes of accounting and tax accounting.
According to the tax accounting data, a "Profit Tax Declaration" is automatically generated.
Single tax

The program allows you to register income and expenses (if necessary) of legal entities and individuals - single tax payers.
The "Book of accounting of income (income and expenses) for individuals - subjects of entrepreneurial activity", as well as declarations of the single tax payer - legal entities and individuals are automatically generated.

determination of financial results.
The report on the results of the express check is accompanied by comments to each performed check, containing:
Regulated reporting
BAS Accounting includes obligatory (regulated) reports intended for submission to the owners of the organization and to the controlling state bodies, including accounting forms, tax returns, reports for statistical bodies and state funds.
Regulated reporting submitted to the tax authorities can be automatically exported to the format approved by the government agency that implements tax policy (in files with the XML extension). The so-called "schemas" (files with the * .xsd extension) used to generate XML files with report data are supplied and updated along with a set of regulated reporting.
The configuration is integrated with the "FREDO Report" electronic reporting service. Service "FREDO Report" provides an opportunity directly from the configuration:
Users can independently choose the option of using the regulated reporting subsystem: the traditional subsystem or the "FREDO Report" service.
Tight integration of the "FREDO Report" service with standard configurations allows you to transfer accounting system data without creating intermediate export files, as well as to receive decryptions of the sums of indicators of the "FREDO Report" service reports in the program.
Service capabilities
The program also includes the following service features:
full-text data search - search for arbitrary text across all configuration objects (documents, reference books, etc.)
downloading currency rates from the Internet
loading classifiers
and others
Data search
The configuration implements full-text search using infobase data. You can search for multiple words, using search operators, or an exact phrase.
Controlling access to credentials
The ability to impose restrictions on access to the credentials of individual organizations (legal entities or individual entrepreneurs) has been implemented. A user with limited access rights does not have the ability not only to change in any way, but even to view the data that is closed to him.
Functional options
The program allows flexible customization of the program interface to the needs of the user with the help of functional options, included by the user:
Disabling a functional option leads to the exclusion of documents (bookmarks and document details), reports, reference books associated with the option from the interface. Only fields that are meaningful to the user remain in the interface. This significantly relieves the interface and improves the comfort of work. If the functional option is enabled further, documents, directories and reports are returned to the interface.
Working with distributed infobases
The configuration includes exchange plans for distributed infobases.
Online user support
Program users can, while working with the program, prepare and send thoughts about using the program, contact the technical support department, and receive and view responses from the technical support department.
Automatic configuration update
The configuration includes the Update Configuration Wizard, which allows you to get information about the latest updates posted on the customer support site on the Internet and automatically install the updates that are found. If the update file has already been received, the wizard allows you to update using the update delivery file (* .cfu) or configuration delivery file (* .cf) from any local or network directory.
